Description
This product is a soluble recombinant human KRAS4b (G12C mutant) protein (amino acid 1-169) with an N-terminal 6×His tag. It is expressed and purified from Escherichia coli, with high solubility, uniform batch quality and high purity. G12C is a classic oncogenic point mutation of KRAS4b, which leads to abnormal activation of RAS signaling pathway. This protein is widely used for KRAS mutant targeted drug development, tumor signal activation mechanism and inhibitor screening research.
