    The source of ARNHFIRL-amide is Bombyx mori. ARNHFIRL-amide belongs to FMRFamide related peptide. ARNHFIRL-amide is expressed in Only expressed in the CNS and predominantly in the thoracic ganglia. Strongest expression is seen in two pairs of large neurons in each thoracic ganglion. These neurons are ventrolateral neurosecretory cells 1 and 2, they project their axons through transverse nerves into the periphery where axons from the prothoracic ganglion innervate the prothoracic gland.   • About TFA salt

    Trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) is a strong acid, which is commonly used to cleave synthesized peptides from solid-phase resins and is also used to improve HPLC performance in the peptide purification step. By default, custom peptides are delivered as lyophilized TFA salts, and can contain as much as 10-45% TFA.

    TFA in custom peptides can cause inexplicable discrepancies in subsequent assay data.
