Produced in rabbits immunized with purified, recombinant Human SERPINB3 / SCCA-1 (rh SERPINB3 / SCCA-1; AAB20405.1; Asn2-Pro390). SERPINB3 / SCCA-1 specific IgG was purified by Human SERPINB3 / SCCA-1 affinity chromatography.

Storage instructions
This antibody can be stored at 2℃-8℃ for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20℃ to -80℃. Preservative-Free.
Sodium azide is recommended to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%). It is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. -

Background
May act as a papain-like cysteine protease inhibitor to modulate the host immune response against tumor cells. Also functions as an inhibitor of UV-induced apoptosis via suppression of the activity of c-Jun NH(2)-terminal kinase (JNK1).
