Preparation
Produced in rabbits immunized with purified, recombinant Mouse CNTF / Ciliary Neurotrophic Factor (rM CNTF / Ciliary Neurotrophic Factor; NP_740756.1; Ala2-Met198). CNTF / Ciliary Neurotrophic Factor specific IgG was purified by Mouse CNTF / Ciliary Neurotrophic Factor affinity chromatography.
