    Active against E. coli (MIC 2-4 uM), P. aeruginosa (MIC 16 uM), S. aureus (MIC 8-16 uM), M. luteus (MIC 0.5 uM), and S. cerevisiae (MIC 8 uM), including parasite T. brucei. Toxic to erythrocytes (HC50 64 uM) and T-lymphocytes (IC50 8 uM). The source of XPF-St6 (frog, amphibians, animals; UCLL1) is the African clawed frog Silurana tropicalis.
