    Active against E. coli (MIC 32 uM), P. aeruginosa (MIC 128 uM), M. luteus (MIC 0.5 uM), and S. cerevisiae (MIC 64 uM), including parasite T. brucei. Toxic to erythrocytes (HC50 256 uM) and T-lymphocytes (IC50 64 uM). XPF-St4 (frog, amphibians, animals; UCLL1) was found in the African clawed frog Silurana tropicalis.
