VMAPRTLFL, a peptide derived from the leader sequence of HLA-G. Adaptive NK cells discriminate HLA-E-bound peptides with exquisite specificity. The HLA-E peptide ligand VMAPRTLFL enriches FcεRg– adaptive NK cells. VMAPRTLFL specifically enhances antibody-driven adaptive NK cell responses. Exposure to VMAPRTLFL leaves other NK cell activation pathways unaffected.

In Biological Assays: For most standard in vitro assays, the residual TFA levels do not cause interference. However, for highly sensitive cellular or biochemical studies, please be aware of its presence.
