    The SSX2 41-49 peptide (KASEKIFYV) corresponding to amino acids 41 to 49 of SSX2. SSX2 41-49 (KASEKIFYV) peptide showed specific reactivity, tumor cell recognition and tetramer binding. IFNg release induced by SSX2 41-49 peptide was two to four orders of magnitude superior to that induced by the homologous peptides, confirming the specificity of TCR-5.
