Description
Saralasin, also known as [Sar1,Val5, Ala8] angiotensin II is an angiotensin II analog with substitutions to the angiotensin II sequence of sarcosine at position 1, valine at position 5,and alanine at position 8. Saralasin is a partial agonist of the angiotensin II receptor, and is used to treat hypertension.
