    Retroinverso (RI) ERG inhibitory peptides (EIPs) interact specifically with the DNA binding domain of ERG, leading to proteolytic degradation of the ERG protein. These peptides attenuate ERG-mediated transcription, chromatin recruitment, protein-protein interactions, cell invasion, and proliferation.
