    The 13-amino acid peptide derived from the primary sequence of the B-chain of PDGF was found to be an antagonist for PDGF alpha- and β-receptors. The sequence of H-8650, ANFLVWEIVRKKP, combines PDGF-BB 35-40 (loop I) and PDGF-BB 76-82 (loop III).
