    MeO-Suc-Ala-Ala-Pro-Val-pNA is reactive toward both human leukocyte (HL) and porcine pancreatic (PP) elastase, and is fairly specific as it is not cleaved by cathepsin G. MeO-Suc-Ala-Ala-Pro-Val-pNA is a sensitive fluorogenic substrate of human leukocyte and porcine pancreatic elastase.
