    LLIYDTSK is a tryptic peptide from palivizumab that differs from all endogenous human antibodies and used this for quantitation of the intact palivizumab. LLIYDTSK locates in the variable regions of NISTmAb. LLIYDTSK was chosen as the quantitative peptide for NISTmAb as it does not contain residues prone to oxidation or deamidation.
