Product Information

  • Product Name
    HRV-3C Protease (GST Tag)
  • Documents
  • Description
HRV 3C Protease (Human Rhinovirus 3C Protease) refers to the 3C protease of Human Rhinovirus (HRV), which recognizes and cleaves the specific amino‑acid sequence: Leu‑Glu‑Val‑Leu‑Phe‑Gln↓Gly‑Pro (where "↓" indicates the cleavage site). This recombinant HRV‑3C protease has a molecular weight of approximately 46 kDa and carries an N‑terminal GST tag. HRV 3C protease exhibits activity across a wide range of pH values, ionic strengths and temperatures. It retains high activity even at 0 °C, making it an ideal choice for temperature‑sensitive proteins.
  • Protein name
