    Dmt=2,6-dimethyl-L-tyrosine. SS-31 peptide is a cardiolipin peroxidase inhibitor and mitochondrial targeting peptide. It attenuates mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative damage in human trabecular meshwork cells and prevents H2O2-induced sustained oxidative stress.
