  • Description
    Bone forming peptide-1 (BFP-1; GQGFSYPYKAVFSTQ) is derived from residues 100–114 of BMP-7. Treatment with soluble BFP-1 led to increased ALP activity and calcium deposition by bone marrow stromal cells, and further these BFP-1-treated cells increased bone formation when injected subcutaneously in mice.
