    AEYLR peptide shows high EGFR selectivity and selective delivery of drug-loaded NPs.AEYLR peptide modified with a lysine residue at the C-terminus for PEG conjugation (HS-PEG-COOH) and a FITC-Ala at the N-terminus to form the peptide FITC-AAEYLRK.In EGFR-overexpressing A549 cells, the selectivity of the modified peptide was confirmed.
