EDG2 Antibody (N-term)
Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
EDG2 antibody; LPA1 antibody; Lysophosphatidic acid receptor 1 antibody; LPA receptor 1 antibody; LPA-1 antibody; Lysophosphatidic acid receptor Edg-2 antibody; LPAR1 antibody; EDG2 antibody; LPA1 antibody
This EDG2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 21-50 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human EDG2.
Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
The anti-EDG2 N-term Antibody (Cat.#136678) is used in Western blot to detect EDG2 in A375 lysate.
Receptor for lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), a mediator of diverse cellular activities. Seems to be coupled to the G(i)/G(o), G(12)/G(13), and G(q) families of heteromeric G proteins. Stimulates phospholipase C (PLC) activity in a manner that is dependent on RALA activation.
