Mouse CD200R1 (His & Fc Tag) recombinant protein
Inhibitory receptor for the CD200/OX2 cell surface glycoprotein. Limits inflammation by inhibiting the expression of proinflammatory molecules including TNF-alpha, interferons, and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in response to selected stimuli.

A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Pro 238) of mouse CD200R1 (NP_067300.1) precursor was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
The recombinant mouse CD200R1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer after removal of the signal peptide. The reduced monomer consists of 462 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 51.3 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rmCD200R1/Fc monomer is approximately 90-100 kDa due to glycosylation.

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized recombinant mouse CD200 at 1 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind mouse CD200R1/Fc with a linear range of 1.5-200 ng/ml.
