PBS with Ca2+and Mg2+ (D-PBS) Preparation and Recipe

To prepare L  PBS with Ca2+and Mg2+ (D-PBS)

Table 1. Recipe

1. Prepare 0.8 L of distilled water in a suitable container.
2. Add 7.999 g of Sodium chloride to the solution.
3. Add 0.1 g of Calcium Chloride to the solution.
4. Add 0.199 g of Potassium Chloride to the solution.
5. Add 0.046 g of Magnesium chloride to the solution.
6. Add 2.159 g of Sodium phosphate dibasic to the solution.
7. Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
8. Filter-sterilize and store at 25°C for up to 12 months.
