1. Prepare 0.8 L of distilled water in a suitable container.
2. Add 51.586 g of Chloroquine Diphosphate to the solution.
3. Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
4. Sterilize the solution by passing it through a 0.22-μm filter; store the filtrate in foil-wrapped tubes at -20°C
