1. Prepare 0.8 L of 95% ethanol in a suitable container.
2. Add 20 g of Chloramphenicol to the solution.
3. Add 95% ethanol until the volume is 1 L.
4. Store for up to 6 months at -20°C. Working Conc. = 20 µg/mL
