  1. Prepare 0.8 L of distilled water in a suitable container.
  2. Add 40.907 g of Sodium chloride to the solution.
  3. Add 6.099 g of Magnesium chloride hexahydrate to the solution.
  4. Add 7.394 g of Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate to the solution.
  5. Add 1.49 g of Potassium Chloride to the solution.
  6. Add 7.607 g of Ethylene glycol-bis(2-aminoethylether)-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid to the solution.
  7. Adjust the pH to 5.5.
  8. Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
  9. Autoclave or filter through a 0.2-μm membrane. Store at 4°C.
