Bradford Stock Solution Preparation and Recipe

To prepare L  Bradford Stock Solution

Table 1. Recipe

1. Prepare 0.8 L of distilled water in a suitable container.
2. Add 0.316 L of Ethanol to the solution.
3. Add 0.586 L of Phosphoric acid to the solution.
4. Add 1.209 g of Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 to the solution.
5. Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
6. The stock solution is stable indefinitely when stored in a brown glass bottle at room temperature.
