  1. Prepare 0.8 L of distilled water in a suitable container.
  2. Add 7.855 g of Potassium hydroxide to the solution.
  3. Add 0.149 g of Potassium Chloride to the solution.
  4. Add 1.901 g of Ethylene glycol-bis(2-aminoethylether)-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid to the solution.
  5. Add 4.766 g of HEPES(N-2-Hydroxyethylpiperazine-N'-2-ethanesulfonic acid) to the solution.
  6. Add 13.455 g of Methanesulfonic Acid to the solution.
  7. Adjust the pH to 7.1–7.2.
  8. Add distilled water until the volume is 1 L.
  9. Use methanesulfonic acid to adjust the pH to 7.1–7.2. Store for up to 3 years at room temperature (22°C–24°C).
