HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:116586(USP10 antibody) at dilution of 1:500
Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using USP10 antibody Catalog No:116586 at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).
IP Result of anti-USP10 (IP:Catalog No:116586, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:116586 1:500) with HeLa cells lysate 3200ug.

USP10, also named as USP32 and NY-REN-60, belongs to the peptidase C19 family.The deubiquitinating protease USP10 has been identified as a new regulator of p53 in the DNA damage response and tumor development.
