Validations
A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:116024(TGFBR3-Specific antibody) at dilution of 1:300
1X10^6 A549 cells were stained with 0.2ug TGFBR3-Specific antibody (Catalog No:116024, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 4% PFA blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

Background
TGFBR3, also named as TGFR-3, BGCAN and betaglycan, binds to TGF-beta. TGFBR3 could be involved in capturing and retaining TGF-beta for presentation to the signaling receptors. This antibody is specific to TGFBR3.
