Validations
PC-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:115562(SRM antibody) at dilution of 1:500
Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using SRM antibody Catalog No:115562 at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red). Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (fluorescent DNA dye).
IP Result of anti-SRM (IP:Catalog No:115562, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:115562 1:500) with mouse liver tissue lysate 4000ug.
