    RNF34(ring finger protein 34) has E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase activity and regulates the levels of CASP8 and CASP10 by targeting them for proteasomal degradationis.It is preferentially expressed in esophageal, gastric, and colorectal cancers, suggesting a possible association between RNF34 and the development of digestive tract cancers.Western blot results show the MW of 42-46kd,60kd,130kd.
