Background
PPP3CA, also named as CALNA and CNA, belongs to the PPP phosphatase family and PP-2B subfamily. It is a calcium-dependent, calmodulin-stimulated protein phosphatase. PPP3CA may have a role in the calmodulin activation of calcineurin. It dephosphorylates HSPB1 and SSH1. This antibody is specific to PPP3CA.
