Background
PLK5, also named as PLK5P, is an inactive serine/threonine-protein kinase that plays a role in cell cycle progression and neuronal differentiation. This antibody detects the 50-55 kDa (modified form) and ~40 kDa (unmodified form) in human brain tissue lysate.
