Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:113472(PA2G4 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000
Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer using Catalog No:113472(PA2G4 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 40x lens)
Immunofluorescent analysis of MCF-7 cells, using PA2G4 antibody Catalog No:113472 at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).
1X10^6 MCF-7 cells were stained with 0.2ug PA2G4 antibody (Catalog No:113472, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

Background
PA2G4 (EBP1), first identified as an ErbB3 binding protein, is a 38 kDa protein that is widely expressed in cultured cells and tissues. The presence of several functional domains such as a nuclear localization sequence (NLS), LxxLL and LxCxE suggests the involvement of Ebp1 in cell signaling pathways and gene transcription regulation. This antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against full length PA2G4 of human origin.
