Validations
mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:112930(MYH10-Specific antibody) at dilution of 1:1000
Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using MYH10 antibody Catalog No:112930 at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).
IP Result of anti-MYH10-Specific (IP:Catalog No:112930, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:112930 1:1000) with mouse brain tissue lysate 4000ug.
1X10^6 HepG2 cells were stained with 0.2ug MYH10-Specific antibody (Catalog No:112930, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

Background
MYH10 is cellular myosin that appears to play a role in cytokinesis, cell shape, and specialized functions such as secretion and capping. The antibody is specific to the C-term of MYH10.
