Validations
MCF7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:112656(MEPCE antibody) at dilution of 1:2000
IP Result of anti-MEPCE (IP:Catalog No:112656, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:112656 1:400) with MCF-7 cells lysate 3200ug.
Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20oc Ethanol) fixed MCF-7 cells using Catalog No:112656(MEPCE Antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)

Background
MEPCE is a somponent of the 7SK snRNP complex, and a S-adenosyl-L-methionine-dependent methyltransferase that adds a methylphosphate cap at the 5'-end of 7SK snRNA, which leads to its stabilization.
