Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded human pancreas cancer using Catalog No:112121(KRAS-2B-speicifc antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 40x lens)
Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using KRAS antibody Catalog No: at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red). Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (fluorescent DNA dye).
1X10^6 HepG2 cells were stained with 0.2ug KRAS-2B-speicifc antibody (Catalog No:112121, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

Background
RAS gene family encodes very similar 21KD proteins and are homologs of rodent sarcoma virus genes that have transforming abilities. KRAS has two isoforms, 2A and 2B. This antibody is specific for KRASB.
