Validations
A431 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Catalog No:110126(DVL3 antibody) at dilution of 1:300
Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using SFRS17A antibody Catalog No:110126 at 1:50 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red). Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (fluorescent DNA dye).
IP Result of anti-DVL3 (IP:Catalog No:110126, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:110126 1:500) with Raji cells lysate 1440ug.
