Background
ATP9A, also named as ATPIIA and KIAA0611, belongs to the cation transport ATPase (P-type) family and Type IV subfamily. ATP9A catalyzes the reaction: ATP + H2O + phospholipid(In) = ADP + phosphate + phospholipid(Out).
