Background
ARHGAP9 belongs to RHO family of small GTPases, which inactivate RHO GTPases by stimulating their intrinsic GTPase activity. Several ARHGAP9 transcript isoforms were reported: including calculated mass of 84kda, 70kd and 64kda .
