Produced in rabbits immunized with purified, recombinant Human ADP-sugar Pyrophosphatase / NUDT5 (rh ADP-sugar Pyrophosphatase / NUDT5; Q9UKK9; Glu2-Phe219). ADP-sugar Pyrophosphatase / NUDT5 specific IgG was purified by Human ADP-sugar Pyrophosphatase / NUDT5 affinity chromatography.

Storage instructions
This antibody can be stored at 2℃-8℃ for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20℃ to -80℃. Preservative-Free.
Sodium azide is recommended to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%). It is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. -

Background
Hydrolyzes with similar activities ADP-ribose ADP-mannose, ADP-glucose, 8-oxo-GDP and 8-oxo-dGDP. Can also hydrolyze other nucleotide sugars with low activity. Does not play a role in U8 snoRNA decapping activity. Binds U8 snoRNA.
