Immunohistochemical of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer using Catalog No:107968(ALDH3A2 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 40x lens)
Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using ALDH3A2 antibody Catalog No:107968 at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).
IP Result of anti-ALDH3A2 (IP:Catalog No:107968, 4ug; Detection:Catalog No:107968 1:1000) with HEK-293 cells lysate 3000ug.
1X10^6 HeLa cells were stained with 0.2ug ALDH3A2 antibody (Catalog No:107968, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.
